What concepts of Ancient Greece "live on" in our culture?
Students focus on the "Golden Age" of Greece with research and
focus on various areas of Greek culture (drama, debate, architecture,
pottery, math/science, and philosophy)
Class time to begin planning for Greek Festival project.

• Persian War notes (Chapter 28) due Thursday, May 23rd. This should
include added notes on ONE battle.
• Work on your Greek Festival project. Due dates vary during the week
of June 3rd (see below). See list of topics above.
Written copy of monologue due Tuesday, June 4th - all students.
